How We Use WhatsApp

This website connects to A Salon's WhatsApp number using WhatsApp's own "Click to Chat" feature. When you tap "Book Appointment" or "Send via WhatsApp", your device opens WhatsApp with a message pre-filled from the details you entered (name, phone number, preferred service, date, time, and any notes) — addressed to our studio. Nothing is sent anywhere until you personally press send inside WhatsApp.

Information We Collect

We only see the information you choose to send us in that WhatsApp message, or share with us directly by call or email. We do not run an automated WhatsApp chatbot, and we do not collect data about your visit to this website through cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts.

How Your WhatsApp Message Is Handled

Once sent, your message and phone number are received in A Salon's WhatsApp account and used only to confirm, schedule, or discuss your appointment. We do not use your WhatsApp number for marketing messages you haven't asked for, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Booking via WhatsApp

Tapping "Book Appointment" opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to our studio number. Sending that message is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. Your slot is only confirmed once we reply to you directly on WhatsApp, by call, or by email.

Use of WhatsApp

WhatsApp is a third-party messaging platform operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta, and your use of it is also subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service, available at whatsapp.com/legal/terms-of-service. Standard data or messaging charges from your network provider may apply when you send a WhatsApp message to us.

Accuracy of Information

Please make sure the name, phone number, and appointment details you send us on WhatsApp are accurate, so we can confirm your booking correctly and reach you if needed.

Pricing & Services

Prices and durations listed on this website reflect our standard menu at the time of publishing and are shown per service. Prices may change without prior notice, and actual treatment time may vary slightly based on individual requirements.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand plans change. Please message us on WhatsApp or call as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to another client. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking priority.

Response Times

We aim to reply to WhatsApp messages promptly during studio hours, but replies are not instant or guaranteed at all hours. For urgent requests, calling us directly is faster.

Client Conduct

We ask all clients to treat our staff and fellow clients with courtesy and respect, on WhatsApp and in the studio. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone behaving in a disruptive, abusive, or unsafe manner.

Health & Suitability

Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns — over WhatsApp beforehand or in person — so we can advise on the most suitable service for you.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in every treatment, A Salon is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or medical conditions, or for outcomes affected by information not shared with us prior to service. We are also not responsible for delays, failures, or outages of the WhatsApp platform itself.
